Democratising access to consulting-grade business intelligence

Built by consultants who saw the problem first-hand. Powered by AI that solves it at scale.

Why We Built Revue-ai

In 2021, I was asked to run an independent review of a programme that had already consumed £40 million. The client suspected it was in trouble. They were right, but they'd suspected it for months. The review took two months to commission, scope, staff, and deliver. By the time the findings reached the board, the window for meaningful intervention had closed. The recommendations were sound. The timing was poor.

That wasn't an outlier. It was the pattern. In 25 years of management consulting, leading transformations across telecoms, financial services, retail, and government, I watched it play out multiple times. The projects most at risk were the ones least likely to receive an independent review, because traditional consulting engagements cost tens of thousands and take weeks to deliver. Clarity had become a luxury. And the organisations that couldn't afford it paid a far higher price in failed outcomes, missed deadlines, and decisions made on gut feel instead of evidence.

The bigger the portfolio, the worse the blind spot. PMO directors managing 20 active projects can't deep-dive into all of them. So they rely on self-assessed RAG statuses, where the same teams under pressure to deliver are asked to objectively assess their own performance. Everyone in delivery knows this doesn't work. But capacity is finite and budgets are stretched, so organisations make do with partial solutions, or no solution at all. Insight has been at a premium and the preserve of the few.

I decided to change that. I spent a year encoding everything I'd learned: every scoring rubric, every question framework, every one of 150+ finding benchmarks drawn from real consulting engagements, into an AI-powered platform that delivers the same rigour in hours, not weeks, at a fraction of the cost. The AI did not teach itself what good looks like. We showed it.

That platform is Revue-ai. 50+ specialist AI agents running a 12-step analysis pipeline, calibrated against 25 years of knowing what separates organisations that deliver from those that don't. Consulting-grade insight, accessible to every organisation, not just the ones with a Big Four budget.

The ambition goes beyond any single product. Revue-ai exists to scale consulting-grade insight, the kind that solves real business problems, at a price point that democratises access and enables informed decision-making, backed by full evidence traceability.

That ambition shows up today in three ways.

Delivery Intelligence. For organisations flying blind on project health because independent reviews were out of reach. Project reviews, benchmarking reports, team diagnostics, and executive insight briefs at a fraction of the cost. When reviews become affordable and fast, they stop being a one-off crisis response and become a regular part of how organisations manage delivery, catching risks early, validating progress, and building a culture of evidence-based decision-making.

AI Governance Intelligence. For organisations adopting AI faster than they can govern it, with regulators closing the gap through the EU AI Act and ISO 42001. Board-ready risk intelligence, regulatory mapping, and maturity assessments in hours, not months.

Consulting Intelligence. For consultants who had the expertise to help but couldn't scale it. Their methodology lived in the heads of their senior people, brilliant but fragile. Our partner programme lets firms encode their IP into AI-powered assessment products. Their expertise, productised. Their brand, preserved.

Three product families today. But the mission is broader: wherever consulting-grade insight is needed to inform critical decisions, it should be accessible, evidence-based, and affordable. Not a luxury reserved for the few.
