Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Revue-ai Ltd

Last updated: April 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Revue-ai platform and any reports, assessments, or other outputs purchased through revue-ai.com (the "Service"). By accessing the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Revue-ai Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11796103) ("Revue-ai", "we", "us").

If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. What the Service Provides

Revue-ai is an AI-powered platform that produces structured analytical reports based on inputs you provide. Reports are generated by analysing documents you upload and responses you give to a structured questionnaire.

Reports are draft analytical aids intended for review by a qualified professional before use. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including legal, financial, medical, strategic, or regulatory advice.

3. How Reports Are Generated

Reports are generated using AI model services hosted on Microsoft Azure. The platform analyses your inputs against a defined analytical methodology and produces a report with scored findings, recommendations, and (for comprehensive reports) evidence citations tracing findings back to specific passages in your documents.

What the AI does: reads your documents, scores against defined criteria, identifies patterns, and produces structured findings.

What the AI does not do: source information from the internet or external databases, make decisions on your behalf, or produce output that has been reviewed by a Revue-ai professional (unless separately agreed).

4. Your Inputs

You are responsible for the documents and information you provide. The quality of the report depends on the quality and completeness of your inputs.

By uploading documents and submitting questionnaire responses, you confirm that:

  1. you have the right to provide those documents and that information to Revue-ai for the purpose of generating a report;
  2. the documents do not infringe any third party's rights; and
  3. you have any necessary consents for personal data contained in the documents (see Section 10).

5. Reports — What You Receive and How to Use Them

What you receive: a structured analytical report in PDF or other digital format, delivered through the platform.

How to use reports:

  1. Reports are for your internal use. You may share reports within your organisation for decision-support purposes.
  2. Reports require human review. You must apply professional judgment before relying on any finding or recommendation. Do not treat reports as a substitute for independent professional advice.
  3. Where confidence indicators and evidence citations are included, treat findings flagged as low confidence or minimal evidence with particular caution.
  4. Reports must not be used as the sole basis for decisions affecting individuals' legal rights, employment, financial standing, or health without independent professional review and appropriate safeguards.

What you must not do with reports:

  1. Present a report as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise) to any third party;
  2. Use a report to generate content intended to deceive or mislead;
  3. Use a report in connection with social scoring, biometric identification, emotion recognition, or predictive policing;
  4. Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract Revue-ai's platform technology, scoring logic, or analytical methods from a report; or
  5. Resell, redistribute, or sublicense reports without Revue-ai's prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Your inputs: you retain all rights in the documents and information you provide.

Your reports: you own the report content as delivered to you, subject to Revue-ai's continuing rights in the underlying platform technology used to generate it.

Our platform: Revue-ai retains all rights in the platform, including software, models, agents, scoring logic, analytical methods, prompts, and workflows. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the platform itself.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment: reports are purchased as one-off transactions or bundles via the Revue-ai website. Payment is processed by Stripe. All prices are in the currency stated at checkout and are exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Service issues: if a report fails to generate due to a platform error, we will re-run the report. We do not offer refunds where a report has been successfully generated and delivered, as the service has been performed.

Disputed charges: if you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@revue-ai.com within 14 days of the transaction.

8. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

AI-generated content has inherent limitations. Reports are produced by AI models that analyse your inputs against a defined methodology. While the platform includes quality assurance processes, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or make assertions not fully supported by the source documentation.

We do not warrant that reports will be:

  1. error-free, complete, or fit for any particular purpose;
  2. accurate in all respects — AI outputs are advisory in nature and may contain errors;
  3. suitable as a substitute for independent professional analysis; or
  4. free from the limitations inherent in current AI technology, including the possibility of hallucination (assertions not supported by the source data).

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we provide the Service "as is" and make no further warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Revue-ai does not accept liability for decisions made or outcomes arising from your use of reports. You retain full decision authority and responsibility for how you use report content.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revue-ai shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or anticipated savings.
  3. Revue-ai's total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report(s) giving rise to the claim.
  4. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; wilful misconduct; or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Your Data

How we process your data: documents you upload are processed on Microsoft Azure UK South. Your data is not used to train AI models — this is a contractual commitment supported by our arrangements with Microsoft.

Personal data: if your documents contain personal data, you are the data controller and Revue-ai processes that data on your behalf as a data processor. Our processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Retention: your documents and reports are retained on the platform for the duration of your account. You may delete your data at any time through the platform. On account closure, your data will be deleted within 90 days.

Security: data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is controlled through role-based permissions with multi-tenant isolation at the database layer.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  1. use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  2. upload documents containing malware or harmful code;
  3. attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform;
  4. attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security controls;
  5. use the Service in a manner that violates applicable export control or sanctions laws; or
  6. use reports in any manner prohibited by Section 5.

We may suspend your access without notice if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this Section.

12. Changes to the Service or These Terms

The Service depends on infrastructure and AI model services provided by third parties (including Microsoft Azure). If changes by those providers, or changes in applicable law, materially affect how the Service operates, we will notify you and update these Terms accordingly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published at revue-ai.com/terms with the "Last updated" date amended. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that transaction.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England sitting in London.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent to info@revue-ai.com.
