    We confirm IMMERSE is the right starting point. If it is, we agree on the senior consultant from your team who will run the discovery session with us.

    Workshop scheduled

    Half-day in-person discovery workshop at your offices within 5 working days. We lead. Your senior practitioner drives the methodology.

    In-person working session

    We walk the structured discovery portal live on screen together, capture your methodology, and upload source materials during the session. Rapport, depth, and seriousness in the room.

    Brief shared

    Within 24 hours of the workshop. Methodology stages mapped, scoring approach surfaced, report architecture proposed. Shared for information — flag anything material and we factor it in before the build.

    Prototype built

    Built directly from the brief. Your methodology, your terminology, your scoring — rendered as a working product, ready within a week of the workshop.

    You decide

    If the prototype meets your quality bar, we move to ARCHITECT. If not, you walk away. Nothing owed.
