The Intelligence Method

Four stages. Six weeks. Your methodology running as a product, in front of clients, carrying your brand. We start where it should start — a half-day in the room with your senior practitioner, because a methodology is not a form-fill. We finish with a configured product your team runs autonomously. £30,000 in three milestone payments, after a working prototype you have already seen.

01

IMMERSE

Discovery and Prototype

Your methodology is your moat — the proprietary scoring, the domain language, the decision frames your senior practitioners have refined over years. Encoding that into an AI-powered product is serious work, and it starts where it deserves to: in the room with you.

IMMERSE opens with a half-day, in-person discovery workshop at your offices. We lead it. Your senior practitioner drives the methodology. We walk through our structured discovery portal live on screen, capture the scoring logic, the decision frames, and the judgement calls together, and upload your methodology materials — sample reports, scoring frameworks, source documents — during the session.

Within 24 hours of the workshop, the platform generates a structured brief — methodology stages mapped, scoring approach surfaced, report architecture proposed. We share it for information so you can see what we heard. Flag anything material and we factor it in before the build. Detailed refinement sits in ARCHITECT, once there is commitment. IMMERSE stays tight: within a week of the workshop you have a working prototype producing reports on your methodology, reviewed with your nominated team. If it clears the bar they would put their name on, we talk production. If not, you walk away.

Timeline

1 week

What you get:

  • Half-day in-person discovery workshop at your offices with your senior practitioner
  • Structured discovery portal walked through live — methodology, scoring, output, use case captured together
  • Document upload during the session — methodology materials, sample reports, scoring frameworks
  • Structured brief within 24 hours of the workshop — shared for information
  • Working prototype producing sample reports on your methodology — within a week of the workshop
  • Prototype review with your nominated team. Proof of concept before any commercial commitment.
Half a day of your senior practitioner's time, in the room with us. £10-12K of our engineering and methodology effort. A working prototype you can judge. That is IMMERSE.

How IMMERSE Actually Works

Five steps. In the room together, then back to us. You see everything before you commit.

01

Workshop scheduled

Half-day, at your offices, within 5 working days.

02

In-person discovery

We lead the portal walk-through with your senior practitioner. Methodology captured together.

03

Brief shared

Within 24 hours of the workshop. For information — flag anything material.

04

Prototype built

Built directly from the brief. No amendment rounds at this stage.

05

Prototype review

Within a week of the workshop. Your decision to proceed.

02

ARCHITECT

Assessment Architecture

ARCHITECT is where requirements get properly defined and agreed. We arrive with a draft specification ready for review — built on everything we captured in IMMERSE and what the prototype taught us. Assessment dimensions. Scoring model. Question architecture mapped to your workstreams. Report structure. Regulatory context where relevant. Nothing from scratch: a working document we can refine together.

The half-day specification review workshop is where we walk the draft section by section with your team, mark up what needs to change, add what is missing, and resolve the judgement calls only your practitioners can make. Collaborative working time, not a formal presentation. Every change agreed in the room is tracked. You sign off the updated specification.

Then we go dark. The agreed specification becomes the build: dimension definitions finalised, scoring rubrics codified, question logic wired, AI agents configured to your domain, questionnaire stood up, co-branded report template implemented. This is the design and engineering the milestone covers — the work that turns a signed specification into a configured product. CALIBRATE starts with something concrete to run test data through, not a document to interpret.

Timeline

1-2 weeks

What you get:

  • Draft specification prepared in advance of the workshop — dimensions (6-10 assessment areas), scoring rubrics, question logic, report structure, regulatory mapping
  • Half-day specification review workshop with your team — collaborative working session, not a presentation
  • Agreed position captured in the room, with tracked updates applied and signed off
  • Design and build: signed specification configured into a working product — specialist agents, questionnaire, co-branded report template
  • Commercial terms finalised and agreed
  • Configured product ready for calibration against your test cases
We arrive with a draft. Your team shapes it with us in the room. Workshop day refines the specification — the week that follows is ours to turn it into a running product.

CALIBRATE

Precision Tuning and Build

This is the reveal. The signed specification is now a running product — dimensions wired, specialist agents configured to your domain, questionnaire standing up, co-branded report template generating output. We walk your team through it end to end. For the first time, your methodology is something you can point at and run. That moment matters. It is also the starting line.

Because encoded is not calibrated. The first draft report will get things right in some places and miss the mark in others. A finding that should be critical sits in amber. A nuance your practitioners always flag gets missed. Language reads generic when it should read practitioner.

CALIBRATE is the iteration loop that closes that gap. You provide 2-3 representative test cases — ideally anonymised real engagements where the shape of the findings a senior practitioner would produce is already known. We run them through the pipeline, generate draft reports, and sit down with your domain lead. They tell us — finding by finding, phrase by phrase — where the output lands and where it misses. We tune the scoring weights, agent prompts, benchmarks, and report language. Next round.

Typically two to three rounds. We stop when the draft output consistently reads the way a senior practitioner from your firm would write it, and your domain lead confirms it. That sign-off triggers the milestone.

Timeline

2 weeks

What you get:

  • Product reveal: full end-to-end walkthrough of the built product with your team — dimensions, scoring, questionnaire, first draft report on your brand
  • Calibrated pipeline: specialist agents, benchmarks, scoring thresholds tuned to your methodology
  • 2-3 calibration rounds run against your test cases
  • Joint review sessions with your domain lead — specific, finding-level feedback captured
  • Co-branded report template applied, refined, and calibrated to your voice
  • Sign-off when output consistently clears your senior practitioner's bar
Encoding is the easy part. Calibration is where the product earns its place next to your senior consultants' work — by reading the way they would write.

ACTIVATE

Friendly Client and Go-Live

Calibration proved the product against test cases. ACTIVATE proves it in the field. Your delivery team runs the product end to end for a friendly client — a real engagement, a real client conversation, a real report delivered — before you go live to the wider market.

You nominate the friendly client. We brief your delivery team. Your team works the product end to end: questionnaire through pipeline through co-branded report, with your delivery lead in the room when the report lands. Minor refinements are handled on the fly — not calibration, which already happened. Sales playbook support and handover documentation follow.

You come out of ACTIVATE with two things: a product ready for autonomous delivery at scale, and a first live engagement your team has already run. The friendly client is your first reference story.

Ongoing Enhancement

Your methodology evolves. Your product evolves with it.

A new dimension to cover a regulatory shift. Updated scoring now that your senior partners have refined their view. A new report format for a different client conversation. These are the changes that arrive six months in, twelve months in, every year.

Every change is scoped, quoted, and signed off before work begins. No ticket queues, no handover, no surprises. The engineers and practitioners who built your product are the ones who evolve it — context carried forward, not rediscovered each time.
